Hi Ilan, I hope you’re well. When you first launched on AppSumo a few years ago, I bought a Tier 3 licence. I haven’t used it yet, as it was for a project still in development. So for 2-3 years you've benefited by me not making use of it.

I recently purchased another Tier 3 licence, and I’m still within the refund window. Before doing that, I wanted to ask if you’d consider upgrading my two Tier 3 licences into one Tier 4. I’ve supported your product at different times and would like to move forward using it for my project. I’d really appreciate it if this upgrade is possible. Thanks, and I look forward to your reply.
