Q: Multi tenant sites

We have a website that host various Mini Netflix sites fro media and streaming. If I waned to provide each of my customers to talk to their customers pm their page is that possible and can they customize the widget or not?

A: Yes, you can do that!
You can customize the widget with your style, messaging and look&feel. You can set communication channels per service-provider (I think these are your customers, not the end-customers).

Thats awesome and yes they are my customers. So just to be clear it will be my branding across all their sites they just get their custom widget to communicate. If that correct i am in.

Not sure what you mean by "my branding" --> the backoffice is not white-labeled. THe front-side (widget, clickntalk...) can have your branding or their branding...

I was referring to whether they can have a company logo and colour preference

They'd have full branding capabilities, YES

I have to ask does that mean every one of my multi tentants can run their own calendar and the total recording time for calls are then shared across all the tenants on my platform i would think.
