BLabsQ: Question on Ooni & mobile app login
Hey Ilan, How long would your campaign be . Would it be for another month or so ?
Can the name of the AI agent Ooni? be changed for front facing
Mobile app does not allow Google sign on . Is it possible for me to change my login setup from Google sign in to email sign in so I can use the mobile app .

1. Just around the corner... definitely not months.
2. Ooni currently not changeable because in some countries, for compliance reasons, it's obligatory to disclose that an AI is answering. We're learning this and this could change in the future. Right now we do not want to expose our audience to such risks.
3. Yes, you can change login to email/pass. Just send an email to [email protected]

Agree on the AI compliance. It’s ethical too to let users know about Ai . Totally agree. In higher tier with whitelabel , having this AI agent name in our own brand can help . Could you keep the AI word constant and let us change the name alone like how Agent’s skin can change
Good idea. So do you think it should be something like - "your brand AI"?
Hmm. No, Not exact Brand some of our custom domain , but a product name that we can type freely . Just letting us an option to type a name but you can force the AI.
Not all brand name will fit a chatbot name / AI bot . Like how Consulto used Ooni , If my brand is BLabs I can use some other name instead of BLabs with a smalll bot icon as Ooni icon can be your trademark/copy righted .
One more Req , posible to connect any voice agent to Ooni/ newly named bot?
I have dialora from here. if Ooni can let visitor speak : link /a button/ number:/web call the voice agent (dialora allows webRTc call) then visitor frist chats with Ooni, live agent, if none live, Ooni says “wanna talk to Ai agent” , sends context to agent & after call voice agent sends data to micro CRM using webhooks.
This is till you bring your own voice agent at better per min price for us 😉 and then we can switch to your ecosystem for seamless. If you want I can put you on to Dialora Founders to natively integrate Consolito with Dialora ( if it makes sense )

Voice agents - we're still playing with the idea. Not sure about how this will look like a few years down the road. We're thinking about it.
Update - Ooni name is now changeable. The word AI will follow.
