Hi Ilan, I hope you’re well. When you first launched on AppSumo a few years ago, I bought a Tier 3 licence. I haven’t used it yet, as it was for a project still in development. So for 2-3 years you've benefited by me not making use of it. I recently purchased another Tier 3 licence, and I’m still within the refund window. (Q1) I purchased T3 but feel I may need T4. Is it easy to "upgrade" by paying the difference, assuming no, or do I have to do a complete refund & buy T4? We have a website that host various Mini Netflix sites fro media and streaming. If I waned to provide each of my customers to talk to their customers pm their page is that possible and can they customize the widget or not?
