Consolto has been a true game-changer for our business. We've been particularly impressed with Ooni Ai, their AI Chatbot, which answers customer questions with greater accuracy and efficiency than our previous system. The idea of a chat widget is to help customers reach you and more importantly, to notify you of incoming chats. Unfortunately, this one fails at both. It keeps showing me as offline even when my status is clearly set to online (green).

I followed every troubleshooting step provided:

1) Removed all beacons
2) Uninstalled and reinstalled the app (notifications enabled, of course)

Nothing worked.

I tried contacting their support team for help, but halfway through our chat they simply disconnected — and that was it. No follow-up, no resolution.

Sadly, I doubt this company will be around much longer if this is how they handle customers.

Tawk.to has served us well—solid live chat, decent CRM touchpoints, and the basics to stay connected with customers. But Consolto is built for more.

While still early in the rollout, it's already clear this is a platform with depth. If Tawk.to holds the fort, Consolto moves the business forward. I'm looking forward to seeing how far we can take it.
