I've been testing the waters with Consolto for my business, and it's pretty cool. It took a little setup initially but after that, it's been smooth sailing. The video chats look good and run well, so talking to customers feels a lot more personal considering how remote my work is.

The best thing is the website integration, it doubles as a live-chat for my website so I can have customers log-in and initiate a video-call directly. Also, the scheduling system is really useful.

However, the mobile app is a little barebones and could use more user-friendly ux. And I wish it allowed clients logged into Wordpress sites to have their information saved -- so you don't need to request names/emails every session.

All in all, Consolto's pretty solid for any business that wants to step up their game in facetime with clients. Just a few upgrades, especially for mobile use, would make it even better.
