While still early in the rollout, it's already clear this is a platform with depth. Beyond live chat, Consolto weaves together video calls, AI agents, CRM functionality, and customer tracking into one integrated system. It's designed to not just respond, but engage—intelligently and consistently, even when your team is offline.

Support has been responsive, and the system feels robust. My only hesitation is the interface—it’s slightly less intuitive than I’d expect, especially for someone comfortable with tech. But that’s a minor curve in what’s shaping up to be a powerful customer experience engine.
