If you need a communication tool for highly-personalized, high-touch sales (meaning most of the sales process is heavily human-to-human) and service, this is it. Most of our clients and potential clients just call us on the phone, but this is great to have, and something we needed (esp. with the screeshare option, for premium support).

We needed something that wasn't as robust as a support-ticket type of tool (like Intercom or CrispChat). Nothing against these two apps, and we might still use Crisp for certain sales applications, but we're going to be using Consolto in our private client portals.

Premium client experience is one of our competitive edges, and Consolto harmonizes with that, enabling fast/direct access to our team, white-glove support, and white-labeling for a more seamless and distraction-free (for clients) use of the tool.

Not really something you'd use for very high support or sales volume, but that's ok; that's not what it was made for. Very few tools hit this niche that Colsolto serves, so I'm happy to see it in general, not just because it's a LTD. Its value was evident from the on-boarding alone.

Really well done. It just works; sending images, emoji, voice notes, etc. Works flawlessly, very little set-up. Just what a busy, high-ticket business serving premium clients needs.

I also appreciated that since it tracks sessions, when I tested the form option, it showed the filled out form result in the existing chat for that session/client.

Having HIPAA-compliance and GDPR are unheard of in these types of tools, at this price point, and surpasses even other established tools, in the fact that you do get whitelabel options at the highest tier.

My only small ask, would be to be able to control how many pixels away from the left or right, or bottom, the widget shows. But, this is a minimal ask, and by no means an issue. Hasn't negatively impacted our user experience.

So, yeah, I heartily recommend this if your business operational needs are similar. :)
