App does not show notifications on phone and show me offline
The idea of a chat widget is to help customers reach you and more importantly, to notify you of incoming chats. Unfortunately, this one fails at both. It keeps showing me as offline even when my status is clearly set to online (green).
I followed every troubleshooting step provided:
1) Removed all beacons
2) Uninstalled and reinstalled the app (notifications enabled, of course)
Nothing worked.
I tried contacting their support team for help, but halfway through our chat they simply disconnected — and that was it. No follow-up, no resolution.
Sadly, I doubt this company will be around much longer if this is how they handle customers.
