What I like about Consolto is that you can add different "teams" which is like channels which you can adapt to each different website, which is good for solo-entrepreneurs who twagle with different projects. The best part is that it includes video calls and audio calls, which is the initial reason I got it, for one on one consultations.
It's also great that there is a calendar for clients to book the meetings. I book tear two.

The 2 way sharing screen is really nice, we can switch between what we share and what the other person shares.
The only unfortunate thing about it is that I can't see the other participants face when I move things in the screen that I share... I know it's because it's in the same browser, but would be cool is there's a way. I know in Zoom you can see the faces because it's an app on top of a browser.

It's also really nice that there's analytics and leeds.

The reason not five tacos:
Would be good if the calendar had a feature to choose random days in the month of availability, now it's only possible to choose monday to friday hours, as if every week will be the same. But I already told them about this and they responded quickly and thought it's a good idea, which is good) so I hope it will be implemented soon.

Would be good if to the call another person of the team could be added as well.

I think the biggest minus is that when connecting to the Facebook site (or other potential future apps), now the visitor can only send the message to the facebook site, but we from the dashboard can't answer to that message, we have to go to facebook to chat from there, instead of chatting directly.
But I hope and believe they'll fix it soon.

Also I noticed that I couldn't make the call from the app, just receive the text messages.

Otherwise a great app, it took me a couple hours to figure it out by playing around, but now you know that "teams" and "skins" are like different channels

It's generally a good app to use and user friendly both embedded in your website or in a single site.
