nice, but two things make it impossible for me to use
I bought Tier 3 and had my first experiences with Consolto.
Two things that stand out immediately and unfortunately limit usability and customer experience, so that I cannot use Consolto yet:
- I use several Google Calendars (private, various ones for business, etc.), but as far as I can see, Consolto only syncs with my main calendar. That means appointments are booked that conflict with my other appointments. One should be able to choose – as with other tools that have Google Calendar integration – which calendars are synchronized and in which the appointments are added.
There are also no settings options. In December, three bookable days are displayed in Consolto (the next one in 10 days), even though I have plenty of available appointments almost every day.
- In German, "Schedule" is translated as "Terminplan," but that doesn't make sense. It has to be "Termin vereinbaren", otherwise the customer won't understand it.
Even if Consolto may be great otherwise, these two points mean that I cannot use it yet.
If they can be fixed, I would gladly update this review immediately.

Good catch! “Terminplan” really doesn’t fit there (I asked a friend.. he agreed with you :))
You can change the label yourself to “Termin vereinbaren” (or anything else) in the communication tab:

As for the multiple Google Calendars - you’re right — at the moment Consolto only syncs with the main Google Calendar.
We do have the multi-calendar feature on our roadmap:

It’s important, and we plan to tackle it, but a few bigger releases took priority recently (AI chatbot, call transcription, team features, etc.). It's a huge system with video conferencing, live chat, AI chatbots, booking software. We're trying to cover it all but it takes time and support.
I completely understand how the multi-calendar feature is essential for your workflow, and your feedback helps us keep it high on the list. I hope it'll be there by 2026 and I'd be happy to update you as soon as it's live! (btw, We're adding outlook calendar in a few weeks).
Little retrospective... as a startup founder, it's all about decisions. What's in, what will be added later, what will never be part of the product. I feel super lucky to navigate this ship. And I realize that sometimes, some customers will not find their exact solution in Consolto. It takes time, as a founder, to accept this brutal truth. Now, at the end of this campaign, I'm confident with our progress, with the next steps we're taking. Looking back, I'm proud of the hard decisions I had to take along the way. Time will tell...
