To be honest, Consolto was a FOMO buy for Black Friday (extra discount) that I really didn’t know much about, but after reading the sales copy, going through reviews and questions, it sounded like something I could possibly use on my sites. I was able to purchase Tier 2 which provided quite a bit more value than Tier 1. I admittedly haven’t had time to fully test out the software, but my initial experience has been a very good one and I can’t believe I initially overlooked this one.

In a nutshell, Consolto provides the ability to add communication channels on your site for video chat, appointments, basic Chat, Facebook Messenger, a contact form, WhatsApp, and phone. I can foresee using all of those channels except WhatsApp (not popular at all here in the States) on my sites. Consolto even provides a demo site for users to see what their settings and active channels will look like on a live site. There is a plethora of settings for the communications widget, and ClickNTalk provides the ability to add a CName.

What sets Consolto apart from other similar software is the ability to charge for audio and video consulting. I could see lawyers, rural area doctors, etc. using this feature extensively. You can even create a meeting room link for a consultation that expires in three hours.

Again, I have not had an opportunity to fully test out Consolto, but my initial impression is that this is a high-quality software platform that will be a major competitor in this space as the creators continue to add more features.

Probably the weakest area of Consolto for me currently is regarding integrations. It does provide Zapier and Webhooks, but I would love to see many more direct integrations with popular software products here on Appsumo such as CRMs, email marketing platforms, calendars, etc. Zapier just gets way to expensive and I of course prefer direct integrations over Webhooks.

I do plan on upgrading to Tier 5 as soon as I can to support the product even if I never use all the additional team members. If you are on the fence, read through the questions and other reviews to see if it might be right for you, but I personally highly recommend purchasing Consolto if you have a need for this type of software. I seriously doubt you will be disappointed.
