I was hesitant to buy because I already have AI chatbot and social messaging installed on my websites. But I decided to try Consolto because that offers a range of features for remote meetings with customers through video chat and appointment scheduling.

I like the idea of personalized communication & customer experience by providing instant assistance through video and audio calls.

What I like most :
- Bi-Directional Scheduling allows to send and receive meeting invites easily initiated by both parties
- seamlessly video chat widget Website Integration
- easy setup process with website code snippets.
- ample customization options to fine-tune the appearance and behavior of the video chat widget

I didn't tried yet deeply the audio and video quality during Consolto calls. I hope it will be reliable and have clarity on both desktop and mobile devices.

Room for Improvement (my most urgent needs):
- Inability to connect multiple calendars. I would like so much to connect my professional calendar Outlook
- the app could benefit from adding more native integrations with my external apps and services like Vbout.

Hope it will be achieved this year but I know the roadmap is full of functions to developp!
But for now i'm satisfied with the investment.
