Q: Hello Guys, What do I do if I have 10k contacts and I buy 3 Tier 3 (9k contacts)?
Do I pay 1k extra? How will it work for numbers over our Tier?
If I add the SMS service will be just paid separately normal prices?
Regards,
Tiago

May 15, 2024A: The license for Tier 3 covers up to 3,000 contacts. Once you go above that, you will be charged a monthly fee through Constant Contact. If you had 4,000 contacts, you would be charged $25/monthly since the account would then fall in between the 3001-5000 contact range overage.
Hello Tiago,
Only one tier can be purchased per account. If you wished to upload 10,000 contacts to an account, you would be paying our direct pricing which can be found here: https://www.constantcontact.com/pricing
SMS marketing is an add-on feature for accounts that is not included as part of this offer.
Hello Caitlin,
Thank you for replying.
I think I wasn't to clear in my question.
For example: Lets say I have 7,000 contacts and buy the tier 3 which is about 3,000 contacts.
Will I pay for the 7,000 (5,001-10,000 $125/mo.)?? OR
Will pay for just the difference? (which would be around 2,501-5,000 $95/mo.)?
Sorry if we misunderstood your question! In cases like this where you move tiers after paying for a different tier you would pay the difference. It is however important we point our after your initial 60-day window upgrades like going to plus, changing contact tiers, or add-ons will be charged through Constant Contact.
Francisca,
I didn't ask about changing Tiers...
I'm saying If I buy tier 3, I'll have 3,000 "free contacts" right?
BUT if I have a lead list of 4,000 contacts, will I pay monthly for Constant Contact for just 1k (the extra/ the difference)?
