What I love about the platform 🌮 the UI, UX, and overall design 🌮 the Templates 🌮 the Integrations
What I did not love 🌮 I need to connect my PP or CC to send emails 😔😔😔 🌮 low limits (well compared to other deals here or my grandfathered limits) 🌮 it's slow... not sure if that is due to my internet connection, or sumolings just putting a toll on their servers! 🔥🔥🔥
What I wish would happen here if LTD is not an option 🌮 I won't need to connect my PP or CC to send emails in the first 5 years - this requirement should be waived and my service won't work if I exceed my limits, that's it. 🌮 a Lifetime Discounted pricing after 5 years, same limits or pay to upgrade
Still mulling if I would refund this as I am not a fan of putting in my PP in there, specially for platforms that have variable pricing like ConstantContact. If this was Canva or PlaceIt, that has fixed usage and rates, not a problem.
Obviously not talking about the software itself, it's an awesome tool and I would have even stacked up if the toolset would be better. But this deal looks to me more like an oboarding of new customers.
- Upsells all the time - Features only partially or not at all available. - Only 1 signup form - No exit intent - No branding removable - No abandoned cart campaign
And a low contact limit to round it up. I was really excited when this deal came up, and hit the reality just 30 minutes after starting to use it.
