Not yet. In the future, we'll be offering self-hosted pages, but that won't be until later next year.

Hello,
It's on our roadmap for next year to create conditional logic for each button that would enable this.
That said, depending on how you manage your site, you could embed the unique javascript for each button on the pages you want it to show up today.
For example, on WordPress, I believe this can be done pretty easily with the WPCode plugin as they offer that conditional logic. - Pete
