Q: Error 500 during registration

Hi Team,

there is a problem on your platform during the registration process.
i used a standard email to register (not gmail) and after clicking on the email you sent, i get an error 500 : HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
Can you fix it?

A: Hi Christelle, Sorry to hear you're having this issue. We made a change to teams logins yesterday that may have caused this.

A: Hello, Did you by chance sign up using our Google Sign in button? We still haven't connected email/password logins to Google login, so that might be the issue.

Good question! Today, we don't offer native chat as part of the offering. Instead, make it easy to trigger a chat conversation using one of the top solutions currently on the market. You can see our list of chat integrations here: https://contactbutton.com/integrations/

That said, I do have both AI Agents & a chat widget powered by Slack, Gmail, and Microsoft on the roadmap for Q3. If you'd like more info about what those will be like, please send me an email at pete@contactbutton.com and I can share more about the ideas about them or would also love to hear what you want to see in a chat offering.

AnyChat is somewhat similar to us, but they are much more focused on the chat capabilities of their product. We'll be moving more towards a Mailchimp + Linktree type offering over the coming year.

Q: Booking feature

Does contact button has its own booking link calendar without requiring third party (calendly, tidycal, etc)? If yes, is it possible to select specific day for availability when a user selecting the dates? Is it possible to embed an online course in contact button via iframeor html?

A: Hello - We plan to build a native booking integration with Google Calendar/Microsoft Outlook later this year, but don't have plans to build our own calendar in the portal.

Yes, you can do iframe embeds using our HTML Embed app, but we've noticed that sometimes the window sizes can get a bit funky. Let me know if you move forward with this and we can take a look at making sure it fits well. - Pete
