Q: Clarification on how to use for customers as agency
I need clarification please.
1.By "full stack purchase" do you mean "5 codes here on appsumo"?
2. To give a customer a button, they'll have to use my same email login that I use to create my button? So they'll be able to see every other customers button?
3. I won't be able to revoke access to a customer's button because they have the same access as me with my login?
Is there a plan for an agency where I can setup my clients with their own contact button for their own website? I want to be able to sell the service as part of my web agency.

A: Hello, yes, with a full stack purchase you'll have access to unlimited customer workspaces that you can login to via the same email address. You can also invite your customers to their specific workspace using our team feature.
The product will still show as Contact Button, as we don't offer a white label dashboard option.

Q: You don't have a video demo, showing the widget in action?

A: Hello,
I think the best way to test/see the button is to just to ContactButton.com where we have our own button active on the site. There's also a walk through tool you can click through without signing up.
Otherwise, we do have this setup video on YouTube you can check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oq8zUZeX0rg&t=30s
Q: Does using it on a domain mean being able to use it on any number of subdomains?
I have multiple websites on the same domain, each with a different subdomain... and I would like to use the same point of contact... So... I want to ask if plan 1 would be enough for that. Thanks

A: Hello,
Yes, as long as you only need buttons to show up on 1 domain, regardless of amount of subdomains, 1 plan is sufficient as we don't limit the number of buttons you can create in a single workspace, only the domains that they'll actually display on.
1. if I choose to go for Tier 5, does that include a central hub to manage all websites-channels? 2. And if so, would that hub be CNAME "xyz.mydomain" for example or "mydomain.com"? 3. And will it be completely white-label for branding, emails with SMTP, notifications, etc..?
Many thanks

A: Hello,
1) While you're not able to see everything via one central page, you are able to switch between all your workspaces/domains via a url selector that becomes visible when you have 2 or more URLs under the same login 2) It's all contained under app.contactbutton.com 3) No, we do not currently have plans to offer a fully white label offering. If you're doing a managed account type setup for...
