A: Hello - We plan to build a native booking integration with Google Calendar/Microsoft Outlook later this year, but don't have plans to build our own calendar in the portal.
Yes, you can do iframe embeds using our HTML Embed app, but we've noticed that sometimes the window sizes can get a bit funky. Let me know if you move forward with this and we can take a look at making sure it fits well. - Pete

What is the ms load on average for US? what are the privacy implimcations of this tool, do you promise to never use our data or our associated interactions for purposes outside of the blatantly obvious ones necessary to provide the features advertised to us?
1) We do not have GTMetrix implemented. 2) The script should typically be less than 40kb and around 500-900 ms depending on your location. (Our servers are located in Germany) 3) Our security & GDRP policies here: https://contactbutton.com/security/ & here: https://contactbutton.com/gdpr/ but in general, we try to capture as little information about you and your users as possible. Not only is not selling SaaS data something I personally believe in, but capturing and storing all this data just adds to operational costs and can lead to service outages, so I've instructed my developer to only keep what we need to power our core services.

A: Hello, we added a Webhooks feature to our Contact Form app that allows you to send webhooks to Zapier, but yes, don't have a Contact Button Zapier app yet due to other features being reprioritized.
We currently have email integrations with Mailchimp, Kit (Convertkit) & ActiveCampaign. Over the next couple months, we plan to add the following: BirdSend, Bitrix24, Brevo, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, Conversio, Drip, EmailOctupus, GetResponse, Hubspot, Intercom, Klaviyo, MailerLite, Mailgun, Mailjet, Omnisend, Pabbly, & Beehiv.
We're also going to create a Zapier integration in January, so I think that will probably be the best way to connect to a less known vendor like Blastable for the forseable future. - Pete

I just checked my site and important features have stopped working: Linking to internal/external sources is broken! I checked on a handful of other sites which are advertised as use cases on contactbutton.com, same issue. While internal apps and integrations work (whatsapp, tidycal, tel-link), all direct links to internal or external sources are not working. It seems to be on your own site too, as links to your own support are broken too. Any ETA on a fix?
A: Hello, yes, unfortunately we pushed a feature change that broke the url app. It has now been fixed and we know how to prevent it in the future. If anything like this happens in the future, using our Contact Form or emailing us at support@contactbutton.com would be the best as I don't get email notifications from Appsumo when a question is submitted. Just checking how the data here is stored for leads in ContactButton. Can you shed some light on where /how it is stored especially for users in the EU?
A: Hi Devereaux, we currently have everything hosted on servers located in the EU. In the future, we'll likely allow new users to choose where they want data stored, but we'll never moving existing data out.
We do not use cookies for/in the actual button itself.
The only user data we currently capture and store is what is submitted via our Contact Form & Newsletter app and there are checkbox fields that can be added for users to check before submitting, if you want.
We'll be even further enhancing our Forms app and data retention and deletion capabilities next month.

A: 1) Haven't considered creating a brand color setting as most customers don't add more than 12 apps and typically use different colors for each. That said, some do use the same color for all the app icons, so I can see how this could save a little bit of time. Will consider adding it into a Settings tab in a future update.
2) Yep, as long as you know how to add the unique javascripts for each button, this can be done today. This could also be done by using our URL rules and having the javascripts active on every page.

I am curious about the data collected by a form. Is there an option in the back end to export the form data that is collected for each submission? I want people to be able to request a call back and choose a date within the form (date picker) - and then in the backend view the entries and export them out (CSV).
A: This is all coming in March. Today, you can send form submissions to a service like Zapier by adding a Webhook URL in the form setup screen. Exports aren't available via the dashboard, yet.

A: Yes, we recently added the ability to invite users to workspaces to do exactly this. You can invite people via the Team link found in the bottom navigation menu.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the feature doesn't work for inviting existing users (yet).

I tried to use the map button to embed on a website and it is not as straightforward as I would have preferred. I don't want to spend hours having to learn the software. A: Hello - Thank you for the feedback. I fully agree that the maps app could use improvement, especially the embedded map option. It's on the roadmap for next quarter to integrate with Google Maps APIs to give it a more native look and feel.
AnyChat is a very good product and we do have a lot in common. I think of it as more of a support oriented tool based around real-time chat, whereas with Contact Button, I'm mostly trying to build a service that helps SMBs capture more leads via self-serve tools like our Lists and Contact Forms products. We'll be enhancing our Forms product next month and then in April we'll be building out 9 different types of Popups, which will be available to all of our AppSumo users at no extra cost.

Any chance you could add custom CSS and custom JS? It would allow for much more customizability and versatility. Otherwise, it's a bit limited as it stands. Also, I noticed there hasn't been many updates since I purchased, so hope at least the custom CSS/JS is a near-term possibility, since it shouldn't be too hard to implement...many other apps have the functionality...especially those with a client-focus.
Custom CSS is something we want to offer, just don't have a date to share with you on that one. I can definitely let you know when it's ready.

You mean for Contact Form submissions? If so, yes we plan on offering lots of new integrations for this in the future that will push contacts directly into other CRM systems.
That said, we don't have plans to white label our offering, so email notifications for form fills will continue to have Contact Button branding on them for foreseeable future.
I was about to stack the max codes for this product, but unfortunately Contact Button branding would be a deal breaker for me :-( As an agency, I'm not in the business of promoting/advertising other brands unless I'm being paid for it. Perhaps you should reconsider your position in this regard. And just so you know, the AppSumo agency community hates when a product does not offer white label.
This unfortunately is killing your sales. From my experience and selling SaaS products on multiple platforms, products with white label (CNAME - custom domain) features, blow my sales through the roof versus those products that don't offer white label features.

I redeemed Tier 5 and followed all AppSumo instructions for redemption. However, my billing page on your site indicates that I am on the MAX plan, and I cannot find any mention of my redeemed codes. But, as per your website, MAX plan is not LTD. It's annual. Please clarify.
