Q: About Chatbot and Widget position
I see that the Contact Button can display the Contact Support widget which means Live Chat, can it be connected to the AI Chatbot? Or do you have a roadmap to create an AI Chatbot widget?
Second, can the widget selection button only be set to appear in the lower right corner, or can we display the widget selection by embedding it directly into the page? So the widget selection appears directly on the page.

Jan 2, 2025A: Hi AndiMicro - Yes, we'll be adding the ability to connect to 3rd party AI solution providers sometime early next year. Still exploring the best way to implement it as we're still not sure of whether or not we want to build out a messaging/agent interface.
The button can be set to appear in the four corners of a page and you also have the ability to adjust the margins from the side, if needed.
