1. if I choose to go for Tier 5, does that include a central hub to manage all websites-channels?
2. And if so, would that hub be CNAME "xyz.mydomain" for example or "mydomain.com"?
3. And will it be completely white-label for branding, emails with SMTP, notifications, etc..?

1) While you're not able to see everything via one central page, you are able to switch between all your workspaces/domains via a url selector that becomes visible when you have 2 or more URLs under the same login
2) It's all contained under app.contactbutton.com
3) No, we do not currently have plans to offer a fully white label offering. If you're doing a managed account type setup for your customers, it is possible for you to create a button with a "Powered by 'Your Agency'. But the install script and portal will still be Contact Button branded.
