A: This is something we're about to start building. It will be built on top of a 3rd party provider soon to be disclosed. So to use the V1 of this feature, you'll need to create an account with our provider.

In the future, we'll be allowing customers to purchase credits for "Conversations" so no 3rd party account will be needed, but to be able to continue to provide Contact Button at a low price point for users, both on AppSumo and our regular paid plans, we will not be making AI agents a part of the "Max Plan".
