A: We currently only store the name and email of a form submission. The actual body content is shared via email, but not in our databases.

In an upcoming update, we'll let you decide if you want us to store that information in your Contact Button account and also provide additional ways for you to deliver the data elsewhere via integrations and webhooks. - Pete
