Q: Questions about domain usage, page-URL tracking & AI chatbot integration
Hi,
1.The deal says “1 domain license” under Tier 1. Could you confirm whether this covers usage on domain.com, and also on sub-domains (for example blog.domain.com, shop1.domain.com, shop2.domain.com)?
2.For an e-commerce site use case: when a visitor submits the contact form via the widget on our contact page, can we capture and include the specific URL of the page where the visitor filled out the form?
3.Does Contact Button have an option to add an AI-chatbot (or conversational chatbot) as one of the widget apps?

1) Yes, buttons from the same single workspace will work on any subdomain you add a button to. You can create different buttons for each subdomain as well with a single stack.
2) Not yet, but it's a good idea that I'll add to roadmap.
3) Not natively yet, but we'll be building one next year. There will be extra costs to use it though as it won't be a part of our Max Plan for full price users either. The V1 will be similar to what Elfsite recently released

3 many Sumolings have already purchased, trained, and implemented AI chatbots on websites, is there a simple way to integrate one into Contact Button?
2) there are quite a few items on near-term roadmap, but probably Q1 when we release analytics feature
3) if they have a JavaScript embed, it can often be triggered using the JavaScript action in our HTML Embed app. Let me know which one you want to use and I can take a look
