Thanks for the feedback. Our Contact Form widget has a built in Callback template where a visitor's Name, Number, Best Time to Call and Message information are requested. We will add more of an automated callback service to our Click-to-call Widget in near future.

As for Birdseed, I haven't had a chance to use it, but seems like we have pretty similar offerings. I think we may have some advanced features around what you can do with the design of the button and apps that they don't offer. But if there is a key feature missing, let me know and we can look into adding it in the near future!
