We don't have Open AI integrations yet. We'll be adding a basic AI Chat bot in the near future. For that, we'll likely allow you to bring your own Open AI api key.
At this point, we're not that similar to Manychat as they're more of an omni-channel inbox for messaging apps. Our social links are more designed to get the conversation started, but not to automate or centralize them. We might offer it at some point, but I think we're more likely to feed everything into Google Workspace/Slack first.
