Pros:
- Great product that's very customisable (it looks beautiful)
- Great support (quick and kind)
Some areas of improvements are:
- UI looks a bit traditional (but I was told that improvements are coming)
- whitelabel process takes a bit of time (a few hours)

If you're in it for the long haul, definitely give it a go, the app will mature, more features are coming, and you definitely will get more than your money's worth.
