Q: Can I delete some projects to free up space once they reach 1,000?
Or do these reset per month as well?

I am not sure you got my question. Let me ask in a better way.
Your plans have three key parts:
1. topic reports
2. content optimization projects
3. content briefs
Do I get credits for each every single month, or do the projects accumulate month by month until the number specified in the different plans?

You get 1000 credits every month which renews every 30 days. It doesn't accumulate.
