ContentPace has every major tool that I need to plan and execute effective content plans. I love the way it analyzes the SERPs and gives me the power to make data-informed decisions. I created a phenomenal outline in 20 minutes and it included all this data. That is crazy to me.

What it is missing and what I'd really expect to see in the near future:

1) HTML Copying of Content Brief Headings - I copied the masterful outline that I had created but had to format the whole thing in HTML so I could start using it in my CMS. This was wasted time that could easily be fixed through ContentPace. Even the option of copying the headings as HTML AND being able to copy as what they have now.

2) Being able to Paste HTML formatted text or Rich Text into the Editor/Optimize Content section of ContentPace.
I wrote my article and formatted it how I needed it in my CMS but wanted to check the content before I published it. I pasted the "preview/rendered" version of my content and the HTML output of my content into Content Pace. It designated every single Heading as a paragraph. It broke up all my ordered/unordered lists into separate paragraphs. And it included every line break as its own paragraph.
So, I had to reformat the content yet again but in ContentPace to have it analyze what I had written. This wasted about 10 minutes for a 2500-word article.

ContentPace, right now, is built so that all the work has to happen within ContentPace.

Widening the use cases and usage to allow ContentPace to be used within different workflows would be much more advised. I want to be able to go back and forth between ContentPace, my CMS, and other tools so I can create the BEST workflow using all my tools.
