About the Tool:
The AI image creation is not good at all... I am getting people with 6 and 7 fingers, three hands, and things like that.
About The Canva Templates: Old, and Very Basic. "Not a deciding topic for me" but I would expect a little more from a designing tool.
Note to AppSumo:
After so many Deals I have purchased, I would expect more help us with issues like this.
However, I get it... One needs to read carefully before purchasing.
- It's just that I am so used to buying from AppSumo blindly because of my trust in the 60-Day Guarantee, that I did not see the Non-Refundable section.
I guess cannot trust in that anymore. Now we need to do research just like everywhere else.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I recently purchased ContentPresso through AppSumo on January 10, 2025, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Initially, I was excited to try the tool. My account is active and the AppSumo Code is activated with 500 tokens available. However, every time I attempt to use any of the modules, I am met with a frustrating error message stating that my "monthly limit exceeded" and prompting me to upgrade my subscription. I have not utilized any of the features yet—I still have all my tokens intact in the account.
In an effort to resolve this issue, I reached out to their support team via email multiple times but have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is incredibly disappointing, especially for a tool that is supposed to assist with content creation. I also tried to request a refund due to these ongoing issues, only to discover that ContentPresso has a non-refundable policy. This feels quite unfair, given that I haven't been able to use the features of this tool at all.
Now I'm left wondering if there are any alternative ways to contact support or if the AppSumo team can offer any assistance in this matter. As it stands, I cannot recommend ContentPresso based on my experience. The lack of responsiveness and the inability to utilize the product has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. If you're considering this tool, I would advise proceeding with caution.
NOTE: I would be GLAD to change this review if I get a good resolution.
