It seems the contest domination LTD did not get transferred over to their NEW domain campaignrefinery.com which now incorporates the contestdomain feature.

I don't see anywhere or anyhow to get access to that contestdomain ltd account without a new starter campaignrefinery account. There is nothing about the LTD being grandfathered or honured.

I am not sure where the contestdomination ltd has gone?
