Long time lurker, first time Sumoling!

I'm planning to resell as an agency, and Continual.ly is an ideal add on to my current services.
I played around with the bots in free mode before purchasing, and I was really impressed with how easy it was to connect the flow and to put together a foolproof and useful bot.

The ability to use the external API is useful for those looking for more advanced functions, which could especially be useful for me, as I would be very interested to post/fetch to an external system.

Pros
Ease of use
Superb ROI if you plan to resell as an agency.
Support- I know others have moaned about this but personally my support experience was excellent and came directly from the head honcho Paul himself!

Cons - *User Permissions in sub accounts*:

1. Currently sub accounts can freely invite new members, this is worrying as it will add to your seat count. You can enter the sub-account and remove however.

2. There is no way to limit sub accounts page views, meaning technically 1 sub account could eat up all of your master accounts page views if they suddenly launched a huge marketing campaign.

3. Clients can access their own bots, which is worrying for resellers, as I believe it's likely they will tamper with the working bots. I'd love to be able to restrict users to just analytics, live chat and settings.

4. Email/SMTP - I won't drone on about CNAME & full white label, but I believe emails should be from the master account sending domain. I did notice a comment that this is in the roadmap already (great!)

Suggestions (other than above)
- Creating a community either be it as a page or closed Facebook group. Something where account holders can share ideas.
- Template sharing - This would work well with the above idea.

But i'm nitpicking ^^. All in all, i'm super happy with my 3 codes and believe Continual.ly will get bigger and better! I might even grab a few more codes if Continual.ly ever comes back!
