Your getting hosting for $4 for a year and your being a twat about it?
I'm not getting it for 1 year, but for longer (otherwise I wouldn't bother) which will be $24/year hence the question is whether it's a reliable host where you can put your websites on which you spent hell of a lot of time.

Thank you for your comment. Well, it is fine to ask for a refund and AppSumo users have 60 days to do that (no questions asked). No probs at all :)
I just ask to be fair to our support team who try their best in supporting everybody even users quite often forget that this is self-managed hosting :)
