It seems the founder has changed the plans so that sumo users don't have full access as they did before. Really disgraceful that this can happen and that sumo doesn't do anything about it, but I guess that's the chance you take buying something for a lifetime.

I concur that the app is no longer being actively developed or even in working condition. Sad. It truly was a great live chat an bot builder.

UPDATE: They randomly released some AI integrations? Most things still don’t work. Support or “Paul” still won’t respond.

Their iOS app is no longer on the Apple Store, their help chats automatically close, and there are CSS 404s in their application when you embed it on a website. I have tried submitting support requests, direct emails, chats, and trying to send a message in a bottle, but all with no response.

I assume this product is dead. Rest in peace Continually.

I agree with the earlier "unethical founder" comment. They changed their plans and on top of it, they won't let me change my email address even though I no longer have access to it.

We love this app. The bots help answer basic q's when the office is closed. I hope they continue to add more features and integrations.
