I bought the business Unlimited plan and i never used it... I was looking into using it now and i see you have locked a lot of the integration behind a new plan and forcing the past buyers to pay a monthly fee.. Now, why the hell would you do that? Is not like you added an Open AI integration and you are supporting the API costs? And charging for Google Analytics integration? The universal analytics was closed by google so there is only one google analytics now and it was supposed to be included as well... as all the rest of the integrations..
Can you offer AppSumo lifetime user able to user GA4 for free, without upgrade account 99$/year? This is a minimum requirement (connect to GA4) so we can use it lifetime. If not, we need to consider the cost for alternative tool, and bought lifetime license is useless.
Loving the potential to use Continual.ly for a variety of clients. I'm curious, do you foresee bringing this great product back to AppSumo as an LTD again? All of a sudden all my bots stopped working, this is very bad for any business. There is no easy way to reach them, there is no contact page on their site, their own bot is designed to help them with sales and not to assist existing customers. I lost trust. Be aware of these people.
