Q: Is it possible to add "buffer" times before and after meetings?
Also - Is it possible to have several availability "schemes" - for example, I'm available all week for quick meetings, but would like to define different days and hours of availability for longer workshop meetings.

Each user has 1 availability scheme that covers all their meetings. I can see how it would be great to do more with this.
For now, you could achieve this by creating different users for the availability patterns you want to represent and have the bots for those meetings assigned to different owners.
So user Juergen A would have one set of availability, and user Juergen B would have another.
Would that work for you?
