First, I'd like to say thanks for doing unlimited views on a 5+ stack. That was the trigger to try this out.

I have plenty of LTD chatbots and live chat apps. Continually is my new favorite as it allowed me to replace Crisp chat on my website and still be able to chat with guests in Slack. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Crisp, but it handles all the core features I use.

Continually is not perfect, and I'll supply my wishlist of features below, but it does things well enough that I feel comfortable recommending it. The chatbot workflow was easy to understand, and I encountered very little that I couldn't do with it.

Features I'd love to see:
- A way to group bots (folders, tags, etc.). I have three bots on the first site I made, and I can see this getting out of hand quickly.
- A way to filter/search bots (will be needed when I get more in there)
- A way to enable/disable live chat per bot or group.
- A way to set the live chat appearance / slack channel per bot or group
- More information from leads (IP geolocation, device, and browser language for example)
- A "custom" sender option to let the bot be a brand or mascot instead of a specific user.
- Multiple / more complex calendar schedules (09:00-11:00 & 14:00-16:00 for example, or different times on different days)
- The ability to choose which calendars checked for appointments. For example, I share my personal Google calendar with my work account and want to check my availability against Work + Personal + Shared Team Event calendar.
- Native sync with ActiveCampaign
- A real-time world map showing all of our visitors, and the ability to manually trigger a bot or chat (one of my favorite lost Crisp features).
- A handoff to live chat conversation flow (triggers the chatroom in Slack)
- Conditional logic based on user metrics (geolocation country, time zone, language, device, etc.)
- A "Delay" conversation flow in seconds or milliseconds would be nice. Sometimes I want my GIF to finish playing before the next message kicks in.
- Appearance: Start bot automatically - should have a checkbox that lets the whole bot start playing as if it were clicked, not just the first message.
- The ability to set "Desktop" and "Mobile" appearance options separately would be great. I want to make my CTA stand out a bit more on a desktop without overwhelming mobile.
- The "Publish" button is nowhere near the "Revert" changes button, and it took me a long time to find it.
- Facebook messenger bot integration, I know it's not planned, but would be nice.
- A roadmap URL (the question gets dodged every time, so even a "none now, maybe later" would be nice)
