Hi Sumo-ling - Sorry if any of our answers caused confusion or were not clear. For all the integrations included with AppSumo deals, there is NO additional cost, NO monthly fees, they're free. I posted a clarification note regarding this today and also included some additional free integrations.

(perhaps you could list the pricing for your top 10 most popular integration addons) - Our most popular integrations are - Zapier, QuickBooks, DocuSign, Ringcentral, Typeform, Twilio, IMAP, Mailchimp, Office365, Dropbox, Piesync, Box (probably not in that specific order). We have included all of our popular integrations in the AppSumo deal.

Is Quickbooks offline included? In not, the cost? - QuickBooks Offline is not included. It costs $3 per user per month.
4) For invoicing, billing and payments, please address what payment gateways you offer within ConvergeHub, and what the ongoing monthly cost for them is. - We have Stripe integration which costs $5 per user per month. For our Payment module we also have many use cases where our users bring in payment data through API or import or QuickBooks to keep payment information in one place.
5) On a different topic, are drip sequence email campaigns considered an automation? - Drip Sequences are considered Automation. But email campaigns (sending mass email to your list) is part of Campaigns module, not Automation.
