A CRM that's something special and may get missed
This is a really fully-featured CRM. From some of the questions, I'm not quite sure if all sumo-lings realise what this is.
The more I look into it, the more I am surprised that I have it as an LTD. For those who know Hubspot, for its deeper Sales and Marketing features it gets really expensive. To see most of those features here is something special. (for example, automation linked user actions in the system, not just emails, so by updating one aspect can automate updates on other data. Very powerful). It even has lead scoring,
The part already mentioned that needs some attention is the look of the UI, and it seems that's already been addressed (look forward to it). However the speed and functionality is good.
It also seems to be very well thought-out with regard to sales and marketing processes. Being able to create Sales Tools is a feature I never thought I needed, but will certainly use. I get the feeling that once I have data in ConvergeHub, I'm going to find more ways to get more from it and greatly improve my lead generation and identifying the best leads. And let's face it, that's where the money is.
Thanks AS and ConvergeHub. I can't pay Hubspot Pro prices (which are $100s a month), so really appreciate having a similar (and better in some ways) feature set as part of an LTD.
