I purchased and worked to set this tool up. The metrics were way out of and I knew something wasn’t set up correctly.

I reached out to support two times and received a response that they were looking into it on December 18th.

Nothing since then. Unless their support improves and this can be fixed, I don’t feel confident about the present or future of the product.
