Q: Hi Alex, A few final questions.
1)Intergrations (Incoming leads)
a)Web form: Is this a ConvertLead web form you can put on any site with a code snippet?
b)If my website form is Send In Blue form - can I use the Zapier webhook to capture the details for the newly inserted contact from the insertion into Send In Blue?
2)Agents > Multiple companies (clients)
a)Can one agent be part of multiple companies. If I wanted to be an 'agent' for 2 or more companies (with 2 codes and above) is this possible?
b)Can agents only see leads or campaigns they are assigned to, or can they see all leads part of the 'company' they are assigned to?
3)Nurturing/Automation
a)With the STMP email that will come from your domain - in the automation part do you set up email templates using captured variables i.e Hi [Name]?
b)I presume any emails sent via the STMP email intergration in ConvertLead will still appear in your email 'sent' folder?
4)Mobile app
Is the main purpose of the mobile app so you can
a)login as an agent and respond to leads
b)or is it for the admin account holder to get an overview of activity?
c)or both?
d)Are there any features currently only in the web platform and not in the current version of the mobile app?
d)What are the next stages of development on the mobile plan?

May 15, 2024A: Thank you for putting forward such thoughtful questions. Let me get to them straight away.
1.
a - Yes
b - Yes, I believe Zapier has a Sendinblue zap, and you will be able to send from Sendinblue to ConvertLead.
2.
a - Yes
b - They can only see leads assigned to them and their response time; nothing else from the company is shown to the agents.
3.
a - We don't have variables yet, but we will add them very soon.
b. The emails sent via SMTP will show up in each lead timeline. We don't use an inbox system as the other CRMs do, but we register all agents to lead interactions in their timeline/lead history.
4.
a - Yes
b - for the admin too, but the people that will use the mobile app the most are going to be the agents - they have a special, simple, lead-oriented dashboard for them to call and handle leads easily.
c - Yes (read b above)
d - The page builder can't be used inside the mobile app. And the reminders are only available in the mobile app (so they are missing in the web app).
e - I guess, for the mobile app specifically, we're going to add a calendar for each agent account and a booking widget through which leads will be able to book a call.
