I have been eagerly waiting for the addition of pipelines in ConvertLead before making my purchase. However, I must say that the app’s various features are well worth the investment, and I am thoroughly impressed.
Although it may take some time to get familiar with the UI when setting up your first campaign, once you do, this app is by far the fastest and easiest CRM I have ever tested.
I would like to give a special mention to Alex, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful every time I reached out, even with some questions that may seem silly at times.
It’s evident that these guys are committed to improving the platform’s usability and usefulness, which is commendable.

Frankly, I was handling a lot of support tickets, and I missed yours somehow. My deepest apologies for such a huge oversight. I know full well that this is not forgivable, but I request that you reconsider your review.
That said, I also checked your account thoroughly.
You deleted your company, and your agency shows as archived. Since there is no company account and thus you didn't get any leads, there was nowhere for the leads to be sent.
Basically, when you deleted your default company account, you deactivated your agency account too.
So maybe that’s why all the issues you faced with leads.
Please let me know if there is any way I and my team could make things right for you.
Man, these guys were amazing they have helped me more than once get my system set up perfect. This system has really good potential as far as Lead Generation so I’m really excited. Once again, they were able to assist me with the webhook integration and really really have a solid product here highly recommended by immediately.

The positioning of this Saas is very special, it's only: Capture > Nurture > Close
For all your existing leads and contacts: you cannot import CSV!
For example, iI you have a list of 10K contacts, you have to go through a webhook with zapier (and therefore consume 10K tasks, i.e. around $200) to import them into Concert Lead... And for cold outreach, Convert Lead is not at all suitable.
Twilio integration is fine, but incoming calls only arrive on mobile phones. It is therefore less practical than a CRM which opens the contact's file with all its history, etc.
If these points are not important to you, Convert Lead is fine, go for it.

Regarding the lead import function, as mentioned previously in questions, we currently do not allow importing leads through CSV files to maintain a spam-free environment for our customers. However, we offer integration options, such as through a webhook or Zapier, which allows you to import your leads more securely. We understand that this may not be ideal for all users, but it is necessary to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform.
We also understand your concern about ConvertLead's suitability for cold outreach. However, we would like to clarify that ConvertLead is suitable for cold outreach if you can send your leads to a webhook, which enables you to nurture your leads effectively.
Regarding Twilio integration, we route incoming calls through Twilio to the assigned agent's phone number, ensuring that each lead is connected with their assigned agent. If an agent is not logged into the app or has a poor internet connection, they may miss the call, potentially resulting in a lost sale or missed opportunity.

Guys - Just get it. If you're doing client work you know how unfulfilling it can get, with client's not noticing that increase in traffic, leads and conversion.
If you're only showing, data, I mean including conversion data, it's not enough.
Client's need to be walked through actual results based conversions.. Down to the actual call or point of booking or whatever conversion you're tracking.
I'm biased in saying this as I'm seriously transitioning a client retainer based SEO into fully performance based lead generation so ConvertLead is literally perfect.
Clean, concise and in the early stages but fully functional.
You can literally set up a fully fledged call center with sales reps working off their phones..
Everything is recorded, tracked and locked and loaded to show true conversion attribution!
I can see this working for legal, trades and other professional services.. It's perfect because it's the type of local businesses that have that office manager/marketing lady that knows enough but no time.. You just show the conversion attribution and DONE!
I'm also in talks with a call center, an actual full inbound, boiler room call center where I pipe them fresh hot leads over..
The system is that robust!
Of course you gotta get your clients to foot the 'Twilio charges' I mean if you hit volume it's only right you get client to pay!
Anyways that's my review!
Very please with the deal and support is fast and friendly with future updates to boot, we're talking:
1. Landing pages 2. Booking system 3. Scraper!??
It's one of those deals you want in early!
