Frankly, I was handling a lot of support tickets, and I missed yours somehow. My deepest apologies for such a huge oversight. I know full well that this is not forgivable, but I request that you reconsider your review.
That said, I also checked your account thoroughly.
You deleted your company, and your agency shows as archived. Since there is no company account and thus you didn't get any leads, there was nowhere for the leads to be sent.
Basically, when you deleted your default company account, you deactivated your agency account too.
So maybe that’s why all the issues you faced with leads.
