1) As I've seen reviews, this tool does not job it should o. Are the scanning related problem gone?
2) Is it possible to use this tool for US based visitors? I do not understand how you can sell CMP tool that is not US ready?
Lack of clarity in communication and lack of functionality is quite alarming, otherwise I would buy it.

The earlier scanning issues you might have read about are fully fixed. CookiePal now uses an improved IAB-based scanning system that delivers consistent and accurate results.
CookiePal is built mainly for EU and UK compliance with full support for GDPR and Google Consent Mode. You can use it for US visitors, but it does not yet include US state frameworks like CPRA or CCPA. That update is already in development.
