Q: Lightweight Solution Built for the Long Haul?
I've been searching for a replacement consent platform since the previous Illow deal was removed earlier this year, which left a lot of disappointed customers. I'm a bit cautious about investing in another platform through AppSumo and potentially getting our fingers burnt again. I know you can’t make guarantees, but can you give some reassurance that Cookie Pal is built for the long haul?
On the surface, it looks promising — but the pricing model feels a bit off. None of our sites come close to 300,000 monthly views. I’d prefer lowering the view limit and offering more domains instead, which would be more useful for agencies or freelancers.
Performance is key for me. I’m looking for a solution that avoids excessive scripts and doesn’t slow down my sites. Can you clarify how Cookie Pal affects load speed?

Edited Jun 11, 2025A: This isn’t some hit and run AppSumo launch. CookiePal is something we use daily in our agency. We're already an official GTM template partner and we’re building this thing to last. Small team, fast changes, no bs.
About the pricing, fair point. A lot of agencies like yourself have asked for more domains and fewer pageviews. We’re not going to introduce shared pageviews though. No serious CMP does that, mainly because every domain comes with its own costs. Consent logs, legal coverage, Consent Mode data, all of it adds up. But we are looking into ways to make it more flexible for agencies, like extra domain options in future upgrades. Also our agency dashboard will be available at the end of this week.
Performance was a hard requirement from day one. CookiePal is light. No bloated scripts, no layout shifts, no render-blocking. You can test it against Cookiebot or whoever you want. It will be faster.
