Q: So how does the domain restriction work (or not?)
for an agency? If a customer leaves and takes their site with them, what can I do, apart from letting them keep using their domain? I'd like to think I'll retain 100% of customers, but that's not going to happen. What if a customer has a short term campaign, product, event for a year or so? Is the domain slot lost for this product after they shut down?
A: We would like to let you know that the pages beyond the scan limit will not be scanned for cookies. If you have multiple product pages that have the same cookies, you can exclude them from the scan by using our wildcard feature in advanced scan. Whenever a visitor views your website page it is counted as a page view.
Q: Quoted from another post:
We would like to let you know that the websites can be deleted.
We'll soon be implementing the UI option for the same. Till then, you can contact us at support@cookieyes.com if you want to delete all the data associated with that website. Please note that even if you delete a website you won't be able to add a new domain alternate to it in the AppSumo deal. So if you want to use that slot you can edit the URL (in the first 6 months) and continue using it.
Why such an limitation? I don't get the need for such limitation. Can you please justify that?
A: The AppSumo deals are for the lifetime of a domain and thus the URL lock-in. You can change the URL up to 190 days from the ‘Site Settings’ page on CookieYes. In case you have any pressing reasons to change the URL you can always contact us at support@cookieyes.com.
Q: Please come back soon :)
Please come back to appsumo soon! Happy to support you all.

Q: Can you please explain to me what happens when I exceed the number of website pages scanned per month for the chosen plan?
In the case of an e-commerce, do product pages count towards this count?
What exactly does the number of page views per month mean?
Thanks in advance, I await an answer.
