Q: Hi, Just need some clarification: 1.

What is the relation with Facebook? When I visit www.your-promos.com, I get redirected to Facebook.

2. I read the previous questions and I saw that you replied that you may consider including the following features in the deal (retrieved from previous questions):
a. Including integration with Make in Tier 3
b. Manager account in Tier 3
c. Including multi-language
What is your final decision?

3. You mentioned that the Tier 3 gives access to all campaigns types listed in https://www.cool-tabs.com/en/campaign-catalogue, but I noticed that this list includes "campaigns with paths" (https://www.cool-tabs.com/en/campaign-catalogue/pathways-quiz), which is only available in the enterprise plan according to your pricing page (https://www.cool-tabs.com/en/prices). Does the Tier 3 still give access to "campaigns with paths"?

4. You mentioned that we are still can use Cool Tabs in an agency context (your response to a previous question), but the number of users in Tier 3 is too low (only 2 users). Could you please slightly increase the number of users in Tier 3, so that more than 2 people can work on it?

Thank you in advance.

A: Hey there!

1. You can configure that in order to participate, the user has to register with his/her Facebook account. There is also the option to publish the campaign on Facebook. Can you send us a link where you have seen this behavior, to see the specific scenario you are referring to?

2. It is not feasible in the short term, but it is in our roadmap.

3. Tier 3 gives access to all types of interactive campaigns, except campaigns with paths, available from the Diamond plan.

4. The option of more users is left out, it is included in the Diamond plan.

Hey!

Thank you for your quick reply.

1. Sorry, my question wasn't clear. Please, let me rephrase it: why when you visit this link "www.your-promos.com" (which is the base of the generic URL for campaigns), you get redirected to facebook.com?

2. "It is not feasible in the short term, but it is in our roadmap."
⇒ This mean that you will include Make integration in Tier 3 once implemented?
But what about the current features, listed below: have you made a decision on whether to include them in Tier 3?
- Manager account may be useful, at least to manage the extra user access: you can add, edit access rights, remove and replace with another user.
- Multi-language may be useful to create a campaign only once and then translate it, otherwise I will have to create it many times (according to the number of languages I wish) - please correct me if I'm wrong.

3. OK, maybe you can add this info in the deal details section written by Alfredo.

4. OK, so we stick to 2 users in Tier 3 as Alfredo mentioned in the deal details - please correct me if I'm wrong.

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you in advance.

Hi!

1. We’re going to change it to avoid confusion. It does not affect the campaign itself. When generating the campaign, that URL will be the one of the microsite where it is hosted.

2. At the end of next week, we will include the multi-language option.

3. Once implemented, it will be included.

4. Tier 3 allows 2 users per account.
