However I have doubts:
1- Do I get exactly the SAME features as the Gold plan? Or is there any limitation? (be specific please).
2- I understand that I can do social listening to 10 profiles. Can I change the profiles?
3- You will include: A) Multi-language B) Customization with HTML, CSS, and Cool Tabs handlebars.
4- How many emails/sms do we have available to send per month?

1- Tier 3 is a Gold Plan, but without reference to the Cool Tabs watermark. It includes any type of questionnaire (personality test, knowledge quiz, and surveys), contests (photos, videos, texts...), instant prize distribution (Spin the Wheel, Jackpot or Scratch & Win), games based on gamification (Runner, Memory & Matching Card game, Puzzle, Spot the differences...), coupon distribution and code validation campaigns.
2- There is a limit of 10 profiles, but if you delete monitoring, you will be able to add new ones.
3- A) Yes, we’ll include multi-language functionality this week for Tier 3. B) You can include customization with CSS.
4- Tier 3 includes 2500 emails/5 SMS per month.
