Apologies for the confusion. You cannot add another Tier 1 to your account. However, you have the option of upgrading to Tier 2 without refunding your existing Tier 1.
Simply go to the "Products" section in your profile, click on the Actions for Copilotly, and select "Change Plan." From there, you can upgrade to Tier 2 instantly.
