This is extremely disappointing and will keep me from jumping on this deal. While I understand lifetime deal costs needs to be considered carefully, but on your website you mentioned that blog posts and landing page copies will require per generation cost... So you are more than covered as you keep on selling per post credits/bundles to the foreseeable future...

What comes to this Appsumo deal, stacking codes could unlock the different account levels and basic monthly credits. This would be a win-win, you get more sales from the day 1 and you secure future revenue streams by selling additional post credits to Sumolings for blog/landing page generation.

I really do feel that this campaign has not been carefully thought through, which sort of worries me.

Sorry for the lack of clarity here. The Starter plan does not include blog posts in the generation limit itself given by the lifetime deal, but should include blog posts as an add-on. We are still thinking through how best to implement these features, so thank you for your patience and feedback!
