I apologize for the errors you've experienced, which are most likely due to recent issues with OpenAI's API requests (we only received 1-2 instances that it occurred, though). If you could write me an email at peter@copywise.ai I'd be happy to investigate your case.
We're working on a long-overdue update that should not only fix this rare issue but also introduce a whole bunch of new features (and also free generation increase for all tiers).

Regarding the language support, as you pointed out, we're English-first for now. We want to ensure top-quality output in every language we support, so we're holding off on other languages until we can meet that standard. There's definitely a plan to include more languages in the future, but I can't give an exact date just yet.
