Client portal functionality might be not very advanced now, they can have access to boards https://www.screenpresso.com/=QCDqlcVzg4yN where they can chat in comments, plus we have embeddable chat.
Could you tell me which apps have a client portal feature that you like?
Hello Gregory! So, are you saying the "client" role can participate in the Boards? If so, with what previlages (can then edit an item on board, can they comment inside an item, can they delete, or create an item)? - The idea is to have a client portal where they can view the uploaded files specific to them as their own space and inisiate 1-on-1 chats communicated with the admin role.
