I love the product at first but after adding my team members 2 out of the 4 team members can't be found in the users section. They can access their dashboard but the features are not there. So I'm stuck because I can't delete them as users because they can't be seen as one of the users, I also can't add them again because the system would say that they are already part of the team. PLEASE HELP!!!!
